Presentation: Improving Measurement, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) in the Waste Sector to Meet Global Methane Pledge Commitments

David Cooley has more than fifteen years of demonstrated professional experience analyzing policies and programs for greenhouse gas and air pollution emission reductions. He currently serves as the Project Manager for Abt Associates’ support for the Global Methane Initiative, where he leads efforts to reduce methane emissions from the agriculture sector internationally. Prior to joining Abt Associates, Mr. Cooley worked for Duke University, where he managed an operational methane reduction project for the university at a swine farm in North Carolina.
