Dr Shafiul Azam Ahmed is an engineer with over 30 years of experience. He obtained his PhD degree from the University of Loughborough. He has designed many community-based projects in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH). He is working presently on plastic recycling in Bangladesh. He has authored articles in professional journals. He lives in Toronto.
