*ISWA 2023 Organizers reserve the right to request you to change your registration type and pay the fee difference, if any, in case you are not matching the registration type criteria

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@iswa2023.com.

All cancellations are subject to a US$ 100.00 non-refundable processing fee if postmarked prior to 30 September 2023 to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. Please allow two weeks to process refunds. Alternatively, a substitute delegate is accepted to attend in your place if you are unable to attend.

In the event ISWA World Congress 2023 Organizers must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, organizers will refund the full cost of registration. However, organizers does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
