EXPO FLOOR PLAN

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Booth allocation & confirmation of requested booths is subject to availablity on a first come first serve basis.

• Expo Cancellation is subject to USD 100 non refundable processing fee if informed by writing prior to 15 September 2023.

• Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for refund. Please allow 2 weeks to process a refund.

• Expo payment should be settled in FULL within 14 working days of the date of invoice to secure the confirmed expo booth. Short payments will be collected during registration at OCEC.

• Payment for additional electricity, furniture and accessories should be settled directly to the vendor.
